• A 20x wagering requirement applies on the bonus (calculated on the bonus amount only).
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• A bonus offer may be claimed only once per person / household / device / IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering is completed.
